Terms of Service

1. The service

Stagella provides AI-assisted virtual staging and editing of real-estate photos. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

2. Your photos and outputs

You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the images we generate for you. You confirm you have the right to upload each photo and grant us a limited licence to process and store them to provide the service.

You may delete photos and outputs at any time. Hosted original links remain available for 90 days after cancellation so published listings stay compliant.

3. Disclosure obligations

Virtually staged images must be disclosed as such wherever they are published, and the unaltered original must be available where the law or your MLS requires it (for example California AB 723). We add a disclosure label and a hosted original link by default; you are responsible for using them correctly.

You must not use the service to misrepresent the physical condition of a property.

4. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Monthly plan credits reset at each renewal; credit packs are valid for 12 months. Prices exclude applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

No unlawful, infringing or deceptive content, no attempts to bypass usage limits, and no automated scraping or resale of the service without a written agreement.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
