What it does
- Stages photos of empty or furnished rooms with new furniture and decor in one of 13 styles.
- Detects each photo’s room type automatically.
- MLS-safe mode by default: only movable items change. A separate virtual renovation mode is labeled “Virtually renovated”.
- Adds a “Virtually staged” label in the listing’s language to every export and writes IPTC Digital Source Type metadata into the file.
- Hosts the unaltered original of every staged photo, with a short link and QR code for California AB 723.
- Exports up to 4K, depending on the plan.
Principles
- Staged, not faked. The room must look as it is; we add furniture, not features.
- Disclosure by default. Labels and originals are part of every export, not an add-on.
- Fair billing. Monthly billing is the default, cancellation takes one click, and you can get a full refund within 7 days if you used under 20% of your credits.
- Your photos stay yours. They are not used to train AI models, and you can delete them at any time.
Current limits
- Each photo is staged independently, so different angles of one room can show different furniture.
- The disclosure label is burned into the image. A label-free export for MLSs that forbid text on photos is not available yet.
- No public API yet.
- AI can misjudge scale or details. Review every image against the original before publishing.
