Help with photos and your account
Include the listing name and, if you can, a screenshot or the photo that didn’t come out right. A first re-render of every photo is free, and generations that fail are refunded automatically, so you usually don’t need to ask for credits back.
Billing, cancellations and refunds
You can change plans or cancel in one click from Billing in the app. If you used under 20% of your credits, you can get a full refund within 7 days: see the refund policy.
Privacy and data requests
To access, export or delete your data, email support@stagella.com from your account address or use Your Privacy Choices. Details are in the privacy policy.
Partnerships, photographers and press
