Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (name, email), the photos you upload and the images we generate, billing records from our payment processor (we never see full card numbers), and product analytics about how the service is used.

We strip location metadata (GPS) from uploaded photos.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and send transactional and (with your consent) product emails. We do not sell personal information.

Photos are processed by our AI providers under paid-tier terms that exclude using customer content for training.

Photos uploaded to the free try page without an account are deleted after 7 days unless you create an account and keep them.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel in your browser and the Meta Conversions API from our servers to measure our ads. They share events such as page views, previews, sign-ups and purchases, together with your IP address, browser user agent, Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp, _fbc), approximate location (city, state, country) and, after you sign up, a hashed (SHA-256) email address and account ID. Meta acts as our service provider for this measurement.

We use PostHog (servers in the United States) for product analytics: page views, feature usage, sign-up, upload, staging and checkout events linked to your account ID, and session replays with photos and form inputs masked. Analytics requests are routed through our own domain.

Your privacy choices

You can opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising on the “Your Privacy Choices” page linked in the footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out. When you opt out, we do not load the Meta Pixel, server events are sent under Meta’s Limited Data Use mode, and PostHog runs without cookies or session replays.

Subprocessors

Hosting and storage (Vercel), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), analytics (PostHog), advertising measurement (Meta) and AI image providers (OpenAI). A current list is available on request at support@stagella.com.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time, and California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of sharing. Contact support@stagella.com and we will respond within 30 days.
